Green Building Technologies was just awarded LEED Project: (Leadership in Energy and Enviromental Design)

SAN MARCOS: The Quad student housing at CSUSM

The Quad is a student apartment project acrossed from California State University San Marcos. The Projects consists of (3) four story and (2) five story buildings, and adding 906 beds to the current 625 beds available at the adjacent University Village Appartments. Construction is underway with completion slated for the fall of 2013.
